I have a question about post-minor procedure swelling care and portable items.

Hello, this is Reina. I'm scheduled to have a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea next month, but I'll have to return to Japan immediately afterward. I'd love to get some advice from you all on post-procedure swelling care.

I'm particularly concerned about care during the flight and after returning to Japan. If anyone has experience, could you please share what items are good to carry to help reduce swelling, or what I should be mindful of right after the procedure? Should I bring cooling sheets or anything similar?

This is my first time, so I'm quite anxious. If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I'd be happy to hear about what it was actually like. Thank you in advance.
