Hi everyone! So I'm planning to undergo a minor procedure in Korea in the next two weeks, but I have to fly back to Indonesia the very next day after the treatment. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to manage it during the trip.

My question is: has anyone had experience undergoing a procedure and then traveling immediately afterward? What should I prepare in terms of aftercare? I heard cooling packs are important, but they can be a hassle to bring on a plane. Are there any practical alternatives that are easy to carry around?

Also, what products are usually recommended for at-home aftercare later on? I'm looking for options that are lightweight and easy to use, nothing too complicated. Has anyone used anything that truly helped? Please share your experiences, as I'm still confused and have never been in this situation before.
