I'm considering cosmetic procedures for my skin concerns, and I'm torn between getting them in Japan or taking the plunge and going to Korea. I've heard that it's cheaper in Korea, and of course, many people go there for treatments. However, I'm worried about the language barrier, aftercare, and what to do if any complications arise... When I think about these practical matters, I hesitate.
