Hello everyone! I'm Yanti from Indonesia, and I'm planning to have an aesthetic treatment consultation in Korea next year. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous because I'm worried about how to find a clinic that's truly trustworthy and can communicate well with me.
Has anyone experienced this before? I'd love to know how you usually research clinics before visiting, and what things you check. Is it really important to find one with an Indonesian interpreter, or is English okay too? I'm afraid of miscommunication about what I want and my expectations.
Also, for prior online consultations, is that mostly possible, or how does it work? And do you have any tips to ensure the doctor understands exactly what we want? This is quite a big decision, and I want to be confident with my chosen clinic.
Thanks for sharing your experiences! Hope someone can help 🙏

Yanti! I'm from Thailand too. I wanted to ask, what did you base your decision on when choosing the hospital at first? Did you look at online reviews or ask your friends who had been there before?
Hi Yanti, I understand your concerns completely! I found the best approach is to reach out directly via email or chat to ask if they offer online consultations. Also, have clear photos or detailed descriptions ready of what you're looking for. This way, whether it's in English or with a translator, the doctor can fully grasp your needs. Don't hesitate to ask every single question, no matter how small; the doctor will answer them without any issues! 💙
