Can you give me some advice! It's so hard to read clinic reviews in Korea because I don't know Korean.

Hello, my name is Mook and I'm from Thailand. I'm currently trying to find a clinic in Korea for aesthetic treatments, but the problem is I'm not very good at reading Korean 😅. When I look at reviews on various media sites, it's really difficult to tell which reviews are trustworthy and which are genuine.

So, I wanted to ask friends here if there are any ways to read and verify reviews properly? Using translation apps is an option, but they don't always make sense. Are there any red flags that I should be wary of and not trust? For example, if something looks like this, I should be cautious. I'd love to hear opinions from those who have been through this.
