Hi everyone! I'm Shanshan, from Taiwan. I'm currently considering a treatment, but I'm torn between finding a clinic in Taiwan or having it done in Korea. I know Korea is quite famous for this, and it seems many people fly there specifically, but I'm also wondering if Taiwan has a good medical environment too?
The main issue is that I'm unsure if it's worth flying to Korea for a treatment. I have to consider the round-trip airfare, accommodation, and time costs. Plus, I'm not familiar with Korean clinics or doctors' communication styles, so I'm a little worried about making a mistake. Conversely, if I have it done in Taiwan, at least I can easily track my recovery and go back for a checkup if there are any problems.
Has anyone faced this choice? How did you ultimately decide? Did you regret it? I really want to hear everyone's experiences and thoughts, especially if you've had treatments in both places, or know someone who has had it done in Korea. Thank you!

I'm also struggling to decide between Vietnam and South Korea, just like you! I'm curious if you've asked people from Taiwan who've been to South Korea what they said about their experiences with the language barrier and follow-up care?
