Hello girls! I'm really confused right now. I really want to try a specific aesthetic procedure, but I'm stuck between getting it done here or waiting until I can go to Korea. There are good options in Indonesia, but I've heard that the system in Korea is different and the results are said to be more consistent? But it also seems like a hassle to organize a special trip, accommodation, follow-up appointments, everything.
What's making me overthink is my fear of choosing the wrong place. The quality varies so much, both here and there. Some say it's cheaper in Korea, while others say it's not that different from local prices when you factor in all the travel costs. Not to mention the recovery period and what to do if there are any follow-ups needed?
So I'm really curious about your experiences. Has anyone made a decision like this before? What made you choose one over the other? How did you weigh the pros and cons? Seriously need some perspective before I make a decision... thank you! 💕

I totally get your dilemma! I was torn between the two myself before. I ended up choosing to have it done in Korea mainly because during the consultations, the whole process felt clearer, and if any issues arose during recovery, I could go back for follow-ups directly without the hassle of being in a different country. But you're right, when you factor in flights and accommodation, the cost can sometimes be similar, and some local places are quite professional too. I think the key is to consult with a few different places, see which communication makes you feel more at ease, and then give yourself ample time for recovery. Wishing you a quick decision!
I totally understand your concerns! From my experience, the most helpful thing is to make a detailed list of what you want to do, then research the process at both places—not just the price, but also how long the consultation takes, how many follow-ups are needed, and what to do if you have questions after you return home. Sometimes what looks cheap in Korea can end up being expensive when you factor in travel + accommodation + stay for recovery. Good luck with your decision! 💕
I had the same concerns! Personally, I realized that follow-up care is important, so choosing a clinic that's convenient to visit might be a good idea. Korea definitely has a good reputation, but it's reassuring to have a place nearby where you can consult if anything comes up~😊
