How important is language when getting a check-up in Seoul?

Hello, friends! My name is Yesui, and I'm from Mongolia. I'm planning to visit Seoul at the end of this year and get some cosmetic procedures done. However, there's one issue — my English isn't very good. I can barely speak Mongolian. Has anyone here had a consultation? Is an interpreter absolutely necessary for consultations, or is conversational English sufficient?

I'm actually quite worried because clear communication is so important. I believe it's essential to fully understand what will happen and what to expect before undergoing cosmetic procedures. Have any of you managed with basic English or translation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
