Hi everyone, this is Nana. I'm planning to return to Japan soon after getting a minor procedure in Korea, but I'm worried about swelling management...😅

I know swelling after a procedure varies from person to person, but what do you all do to reduce swelling? I'm especially concerned because I'll be traveling by plane. Also, are there any items I should bring to help with swelling? Should I prepare cooling sheets or something special...?

I'm not very familiar with what to be careful of in the first few days after a procedure, so I'd appreciate it if anyone with experience could tell me. I'd also like to know if over-the-counter care products from a drugstore are sufficient. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! 💦
