But I'm also worried about travel costs, recovery time, and what if follow-up is needed.

On the other hand, if I do it here, it's more practical, and I can get immediate follow-up if anything comes up. But I'm a bit hesitant about the quality because I want truly satisfying results. Has anyone gone through this process before? How did you make your decision? Is it worth it to go to Korea, or can you actually get the same results here too?
