My Korean is still very basic, so I mostly rely on Google Translate or reviews from foreigners. Do you have any tips on how to differentiate genuine reviews from those that seem fake or biased? Are there any red flags I should look out for?

For example, I've seen some clinics with overly positive reviews, with literally no criticism, and that makes me suspicious. Also, I don't know if I should follow up on Instagram or is direct communication with the clinic really important before committing? Honestly, I'm a bit nervous because this is my first time trying aesthetic treatments abroad.
