Has anyone had minor surgery before traveling abroad and can share their experience with swelling management?

Hi everyone! I'm Peihan, and I'm recently considering a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea. However, my itinerary requires me to fly back to Taiwan about a week after the treatment. I'm a bit worried that the flight and long travel might make swelling more noticeable or affect my recovery...

I'd love to hear from anyone who has experience with post-procedure swelling and how to best care for it. Does anyone know of any convenient travel-friendly care products? Like cooling patches or soothing serums, perhaps? I'm not sure what to pack and don't want to take up luggage space with unnecessary items.

Also, I'd like to ask if there's anything specific to be mindful of before and after flying? Has anyone had a similar experience they can share? I know everyone's situation is different, so I'm just looking to hear how others have managed. Thanks, everyone!
