Ladies, I'm planning a trip to Korea next week and will be getting my first small procedure done. I'm a little worried about some swelling afterward, especially since I'll have a long flight home 😅
I'd love to hear from those of you who have done this before: Do you have any tips for reducing swelling quickly? And what should I pack for this trip? I'm not sure if I should buy Korean products there or if it's better to bring things from Thailand. I'm looking for advice based on real experiences 💙

I've had similar anxieties before, and carrying a cold towel after the procedure was really helpful! Even just cooling down before boarding the plane, I feel like the swelling on the flight is completely different. I also heard that staying well-hydrated is important. Good luck! 💙
