Hi everyone, I'm Hoa from Vietnam. I've been interested in some medical aesthetic technologies for a while now, but I'm really hesitant about my decision. There are some pretty good places back home, but I've heard that South Korea is famous for its advanced methods and years of experience. However, going there is expensive, requires careful scheduling, and I'm worried about follow-up care after returning home.
I like the idea of K-beauty and Korean aesthetics, but I'm not sure if the extra cost of flights and accommodation is worth it. Have any of you ever had to choose between these two options? I'd like to know who decided to stay in Vietnam for treatment and who decided to go to Korea, and what their reasons were. I feel I need to hear from those who have gone through it before I can make a decision.
Thank you everyone!

Hi Hoa! I totally relate to your dilemma 😅 I've also considered whether to go to Korea or try it here, because the cost, travel, and follow-up factors really do feel heavy when you add them up. But many of my foreign friends say it's worth it because the technology is different and they're more relaxed with the process, even though it requires a longer time commitment. I'm curious to hear other people's experiences!
I'm very interested! Hwa, have you ever tried treatment in Vietnam before? It's really difficult to choose between total cost and quality. I'm curious to know what you're most interested in doing, because sometimes it's only worthwhile for certain things. 🤔
