Hello! I'm planning to get a petit procedure done in Thailand during my next visit and will need to fly back home about three days later. I'm a bit worried about general post-procedure care and what I should pack. Do any of you who have had similar experiences have any advice?
I know there will be some minor swelling as usual, but I've never traveled long distances after a treatment like this before. Does anyone know what I should pack, like cooling gels or anything else that might help? And does the swelling typically go down on its own within a few days, or does it vary from person to person?
I'm not looking for medical advice, just want to hear from the real experiences of those who have been in similar situations. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Oh I'm actually thinking about doing something similar next month when I visit! The 3-day travel thing has me a bit nervous too, so I'm really curious to hear what people say about packing and managing it on a flight. Fingers crossed someone shares their experience!
I understand, I'm thinking about a similar situation too! Three days of travel is definitely a concern. It would be great to hear from someone who has actually experienced it. I'd love to ask the same question myself 😅
I'm also considering a similar situation! A 3-day trip does make me a bit worried, but it looks like you've done your homework thoroughly. My friend flew the day after her procedure, and she said hydrating products and cold compresses were really helpful, and loose clothing was also quite important 😅
