Hi, this is Yuka. I'm going to Korea next month for a cosmetic procedure, and I have some questions about aftercare.
I've heard that after the procedure, you need various aftercare items like cooling sheets and silicone sheets, but what did everyone actually bring? I'm wondering whether I should prepare them in advance in Japan or buy them in Seoul. In particular, how often do you use cooling masks and smoothing gels?
I've heard that daily care is important even after returning home, so if I have room in my luggage, I'd like to bring plenty, but what's the reality? Also, please let me know if there's anything I should be careful about before boarding the plane. I'd love to hear advice from anyone who has had a similar experience!

I felt the same way after reading Yuka's post! I'm also planning to go to Korea next month to understand the same thing. I hope to get some information from people who have already been there.
Hi Yuka! I also thought the same thing before going to Korea for treatment, hehe. From my friends' experiences, it seems more practical to buy some items in Seoul because there are many choices and the prices are not much different, but when it comes to specific cooling masks or gels, maybe it's worth bringing them from Japan because you already know your favorite products? Anyway, the most important thing is to be consistent with the aftercare, so just bring something comfortable for you to use every day at home later!
