Hi, this is Rin. I'm thinking about getting cosmetic treatment in Korea, but honestly, I'm not that good at Korean...😅 Even when I look at clinic reviews, I'm not sure if I can really trust them, and what I should pay attention to when reading them.

What concerns me most is that review sites and testimonials sometimes only write positive things, right? Are there any points I should be careful about as a foreigner, or any red flags? For example, should I avoid places that make overly strong promises like "this will definitely happen"?

I can't read all the detailed reviews written in Korean, so I'm looking for information in English and Japanese, but even that has its limits. How do you all choose clinics? I would appreciate it if you could tell me what points you trust, or conversely, what you've found suspicious. Thank you!
