Hi everyone, I'm Ika from Indonesia and I'm planning a trip to Seoul next month. I really want to consult with an aesthetic doctor there, but I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is only average, and my Korean is definitely zero, haha.
For example, if I want to ask about treatment options or expected results, I'm afraid of miscommunication or misunderstandings about what I'm getting. Has anyone had experience consulting in Seoul? Are clinics usually able to handle people who only speak English? Or has anyone ever gone with a translator?
I'd also like to know, is it really more complicated to speak English, or are the doctors and staff used to it? I'd really appreciate any information, as this is my first experience and I want to make sure everything goes smoothly and safely. Thank you in advance! 🙏
