Hey everyone! So I'm seriously considering coming to Korea for a procedure I've been thinking about for a while, but I'm honestly stuck on whether it makes sense to just do it locally or take the leap and go abroad.
The thing is, I've heard so many good things about Korean clinics and the approach to aesthetics there, and part of me feels like I'd get better results or have more options. But then I think about the cost of flights, accommodation, time off work, aftercare follow-ups... and I'm not even sure if that actually adds up to being cheaper or better than getting it done here.
I guess I'm also nervous about the logistics – like, what if something goes wrong and I'm back home? Or what if I need adjustments? I know people do this all the time, but I'm just trying to figure out if the experience/results are worth all that.
For anyone who's made this decision before – how did you weigh it all? Did you end up going to Korea, or did you stick with a local provider? What was the deciding factor for you? I'd love to hear about your thought process, even if you're still undecided like me!

I totally get this dilemma! I've been going back and forth on the same thing — the aftercare logistics honestly stress me out the most. Like, everyone raves about the expertise and approach here, but then I think about flying back home and hoping nothing goes wrong, or needing a touch-up and being stuck. For me, I've decided to start with someone local just to test things out first, then maybe plan a trip if I feel more confident? But I'm still really uncertain lol, so curious what others ended up doing!
I'm also struggling with this question! I wanted to ask if you've consulted locally first to understand the differences in pricing and skill levels? I feel like sometimes the differences aren't as big as imagined, but aftercare is really a practical issue 😅
