How can I trust reviews if I'm not fluent in Korean?

Hello! I'm Dalia from the UAE, and I'm considering a cosmetic procedure here in Korea. My problem is that I'm having trouble reading reviews and testimonials in Korean. Everything I find online is either in Korean or has strange translations that aren't helpful. Has anyone here had experience with how to read reviews safely as a foreigner? And what are the red flags I should watch out for?

I'm a bit worried about clinics that focus only on tourists and I don't know if they are trustworthy or not. Are big clinics better than small ones? And how can I differentiate between real and fake reviews? I understand there's a big difference between what people write online and reality.
