I've heard a lot of stories from both sides—friends who were very satisfied with their procedures in China, and others who specifically came to South Korea for the process. I'm currently weighing my options. South Korea definitely has a good reputation for cosmetic procedures, but the travel, language barriers, and recovery time are all issues to consider.

My main concern is whether I really need to make a special trip to South Korea, or if the standards in China are actually quite good now. I'm also a bit unsure how to compare the costs; I feel like many factors will influence my final decision. Have any of you consulted with or had procedures done in both places?
