Is English enough? Or do I need to learn Korean before I go?

Hello, my name is Pin, and I'm planning to visit Seoul for a beauty consultation. I can speak English well enough, but I don't speak any Korean at all 😅. I wanted to ask if English is sufficient for consultations at these clinics, or if I need to speak basic Korean or prepare in advance?

Has anyone here consulted in Seoul before, and what were your experiences with the language? Was there a translator available, or do I need to hire one in advance? I've only just learned about these considerations, so I'd like to know to avoid wasting time when I get there. Thank you!
