Language barrier issues during consultations in Seoul

Hello, friends! I'm planning a trip to Seoul for later this year. But one thing is worrying me — will Mongolian be sufficient for good quality treatments? Or is English irrelevant in that context?

This will be my first time considering receiving services abroad, but my English isn't great. Will I need to hire a translator? Has anyone found an informative person who understands Mongolian in Seoul? Or are there people who ask questions in their own language?

If you have any experience with this, I'd appreciate your help. I've found many great places, but I'm stuck on how to proceed. How did you all handle this? Thank you!
