Hi everyone, I'm Na. I'm currently considering getting some cosmetic procedures done in Korea, but as a foreigner, I'm really unsure where to start. My biggest concerns are language barriers and finding a reliable clinic; I'm afraid of being ripped off.
I'd like to ask everyone, how did you find trustworthy clinics? Do you have any reliable channels to recommend? Also, do I need to hire a translator beforehand? Do I find one myself or does the clinic provide one? I've heard that some places offer multilingual consultation services, but I'm unsure about the quality.
Another question is, what should I focus on asking during the initial consultation? Are there any warning signs I should be aware of? For example, the doctor's qualifications, the clinic's hygiene, etc. I want to avoid getting scammed, so I'd like to hear everyone's experiences and advice. Thank you!

Have you tried searching websites or Facebook groups for foreigners living in Korea? I've seen them share a lot of experiences, and they seem more reliable than personal opinions.
I'm also a foreigner and really feel the anxiety, especially about the language barrier and the fear of being told the price is too high, hehe. In my experience, it's really important to compare several places and don't be shy about asking detailed questions about procedures, aftercare, and the doctor's credentials — most good places are willing to answer all your questions and even have staff who speak English or your language!
