Hi everyone! I'm planning to get a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea, but I'll be returning home afterward. I've heard the first few days after the procedure are crucial, and I'm a little worried about how to care for myself to avoid any problems.
My main question is, what's the most effective way to reduce swelling after such a minor procedure? Is it ice packs, massage, or just letting time do its work? I've seen so many opinions online, I'm a bit unsure who to believe. Also, the flight home will be over ten hours long; will that affect recovery?
Another question is, what skincare products do you all bring back home? Do I need any special repair masks or skincare products? Can I continue using my usual products, or should I switch to gentler ones after the procedure? My budget isn't very high, but I want to find products that truly work.
If any of you have had similar experiences, could you share your tips? Especially regarding dietary adjustments and lifestyle changes like sleep patterns. Thank you all!
