Anyone who's had cosmetic surgery in Korea, and tried managing swelling (淤青)?

Hi! My name is Muk! I just came out of a clinic in Seoul after getting some minor cosmetic procedures. I'm currently experiencing some swelling and bruising, which is normal for this type of procedure, but I'd like to ask for advice on how to manage it or if you have any tips to help speed up the healing process?

I'm currently in my hotel room, trying to stay cool and rest, but I'm not sure what else to do. I've heard that you need to pay attention to your clothing, sleep, and skin tone, right? And any advice on face washing, skincare products, or anything else frequently discussed after cosmetic procedures would be great.

Has anyone gone through something like this before? Could you please share your experience? 🙏 Opinions from those who have been to Korea will really help me. Thank you!
