As a foreigner, how can I read and understand Korean reviews well?

Hello! My name is Khulan, and I'm from Mongolia. I'm planning to get consultations and make a choice here in Korea, but I have a problem – I don't understand Korean well, and I get very confused when reading reviews. I think everyone from Mongolia faces this issue.

Could you tell me what I should pay attention to when reading reviews on top websites? What types of reviews should I look for, and what types of choices can I make? Are there good methods to overcome the language barrier and get accurate information?

Also, one more thing – as a foreign visitor, should I be wary of reviews that say things like "I heard good things"? What kinds of cosmetic procedures might be involved? Do you know what kinds of procedures to watch out for? Those who have tried it, please help me so we can all choose a good clinic!
