I'm also wondering about the hidden costs I might not be thinking of. Are there follow-up appointments I'd need to book? Should I budget extra for any complications or if something doesn't feel right? And the flights alone from the US seem pricey depending on where you're flying from. I'm trying to be realistic about whether this is actually going to be more economical than doing it at home, or if I'm just convincing myself because I want an excuse to visit Korea (which, let's be honest, is also appealing lol).
