Hi, my name is Kaew. I'm planning to have a beauty consultation in Seoul at the end of the year, but I'm worried about the language barrier. I speak some English, but not fluently, and I don't speak any Korean. Has anyone been to a clinic in Seoul for a consultation before? Do you have any advice on how to prepare? Or do most clinics have English-speaking representatives available?
I think it would be good to read reviews first to see which clinics have good English-speaking staff, but I'd still like to hear from people who have actually been. Or should I find a translator beforehand? Or has anyone tried online consultations through an app? Thank you in advance.

Oh, I'm struggling with the same thing! I've found a few clinics that seem okay with English, but I think hearing from someone who's actually been there is the most helpful. I'm also considering using a translation app, but it might be safer to start with places where you can check beforehand, like you did, Cow. 😊
