Should I go to Seoul to get my eyes checked? Asking for an opinion from someone from abroad

Hello, names! I've been thinking about getting a transvaginal line for the past few months. There are options to get it done somewhere in Mongolia, but there's a lot of talk about the service and technology in Seoul. The cost, time, and health aspects of going abroad are all suggested.
