Hi everyone, I'm hui. I've been thinking about going to Korea for a beauty treatment recently, but honestly, I'm not very confident about budgeting for the whole trip. Besides the cost of the treatment itself, I also need to factor in flights, accommodation, meals... it feels like there are too many things to consider, and I'm not sure how to plan it reasonably.
I'd like to ask my experienced sisters here—how many days do you usually set aside? Do you get the treatment done on the same day, or do you need to stay a few extra days for recovery? I've seen people mention follow-up appointments or post-care treatment, do those need to be factored in too? Also, when it comes to accommodation, is it more convenient to stay near the clinic or in the city center?
What's really stressing me out is the budget... I'm not very clear on the specific cost range for Korean treatments, and I'm worried that my plans won't work out as expected. Can anyone share their experience—roughly what budget range would I need for the whole trip (including flights, accommodation, meals) plus the treatment itself? Or do you have any suggestions to help me plan this trip better? I'm really a bit anxious 😅

I totally understand your concerns! The trick that helped me was booking accommodation near the MRT because it's more affordable and convenient for getting to consultations first. Then I decided how many days to stay based on the information I got from talking with the consultants. Don't overthink it at all—it's way more flexible than you'd expect😊
I totally get how you feel! I've also worried about calculating time and budget when planning something like this. Based on my experience, it's best to set aside about 5-7 days to have enough time for recovery and avoid rushing, since there are sometimes follow-up appointments or adjustments afterward. As for accommodation, I think staying near the medical area would be more convenient for the first few days, but you should also ask for details when you contact them to get a clearer picture!
I totally get how you feel! I've had the same worries myself 😅 What really helped me was allowing enough time for recovery and trying to find accommodation close to where I'm getting the procedure done, since sometimes you need to go back for follow-up appointments. But when it comes to budget, it ultimately depends on what you want to do. It's better to contact the clinic first and ask. This time, I also talked to people who've already done it to see how many days they needed. Not everything can be finished in one day, or you might need to come back!
