Can you really trust reviews for beauty procedures in Korea?

Hi, it's Chika. I want to get beauty treatments in Korea, but my Korean isn't that great... 😅 I'm having trouble figuring out what's true when I look at reviews on Google Maps or NAVER.

I'm particularly wondering, aren't clinics with an overwhelming number of overly positive reviews a little suspicious? Or is that just how it is? Also, when I read Korean reviews with translation apps, the nuances can get lost...

How do you all find trustworthy clinics? I'd love to hear about any red flags or patterns like "don't trust this review." I'd also like to hear about people's actual experiences after getting treatments. And if there's anything foreigners in particular should be careful about...
