Hi everyone, I'm Jiaqi from Taiwan. I've been considering getting a treatment in Korea lately, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed, especially about the trip and budget. I've never had cosmetic procedures done abroad before, so I'm really unsure how much time and budget to allocate. Could someone share how many days it usually takes? Should I allow a few days for recovery before and after?
Airfare, accommodation, the treatment itself, plus possible follow-up appointments… just thinking about all of that makes me feel the cost will be quite considerable. I know that treatments in Korea are indeed cheaper than in Taiwan in some aspects, but considering airfare and accommodation, I need to carefully calculate whether it's really worthwhile overall. Has anyone had this done in Taiwan? Could you share how much time and budget it took? I'd also like to know if I should specifically allow buffer time in case adjustments or other issues arise after the treatment.
I'd also like to ask how you choose clinics? Should you consult beforehand in Taiwan or find one in Korea? I'm a little nervous but also very excited. Thank you for your advice!

I totally understand how you feel. I was like that at first too 😅 Regarding budget and time, it seems like you need to think carefully because besides the cost of the trip, there's also airfare, hotels, and recovery time. But many people say that if you choose wisely and prioritize the experience over just the price, it might be more worthwhile than you think. Maybe try looking at reviews from international travelers?
