Honestly, I thought short-term diets had nothing to do with me. It always started off spectacularly, but after a week, I would binge eat, only to fall back into self-blame.
It was especially hard to resist when my appetite kicked in at night. After taking Dexonia, that "night craving" decreased noticeably. I used to be able to eat a whole chicken by myself, but now I can't even fit half of it in.
As I reduced my food intake, my calorie consumption naturally dropped, and my body felt lighter. After a month or two, my body looked different, and I eventually lost 10kg. I realized for the first time that dieting can be easier than you think if you just control your appetite.

Short-term diets are really tough, but quick weight gain, quick loss... I'm D.B. I lost weight at O.T.ner, haha
I'm taking medication from MadeU for side effect issues, and it's so effective that it also works for short-term dieting~! I lost 7kg in a month!!
MD's product is definitely good. After a body composition test and taking the medication, it fits my body perfectly, so there are no side effects, and it works fast, making it really great for short-term dieting!!
