Hi there! My name is Fae and I'm from Thailand. I just had a minor procedure done in Korea today, and now I'm experiencing some swelling and slight bleeding, which the clinic says is normal. But I'd love to get some tips from people who've been through this before on how to take care of myself.
I happen to need to go back to Thailand in just a few days, so I'm hoping to speed up the healing process. Has anyone here gone through this before? Please share what I should do—like how to manage the swelling and what I should avoid. I'm really looking for advice from those of you with experience. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

I feel you, Pam! I've been in the same situation before, worried about swelling and needing to get back home quickly 😅 From what I've heard from other people's experiences, it really does seem like following the clinic's aftercare instructions is the most important thing. I'd recommend asking about each step in detail, just in case there's anything you need to do or avoid. Hope you recover quickly! 💪
Hi Pam, you must be tired! I had some swelling and a little bleeding when I got a minor procedure done before too, but following the clinic's instructions, I found that the key was really just keeping it iced and avoiding touching my face for a few days after the procedure. Since your trip to Thailand is coming up soon, I'd say it's best not to push yourself and make the clinic's aftercare instructions your top priority!
