As a foreigner, how should you interpret Korean reviews? Are there any red flags to watch out for?

Hi everyone! I'm Shanshan from Taiwan. I've been researching medical aesthetic procedures in Korea lately, but honestly, my Korean isn't good enough to understand all the reviews and discussions on my own. I'm looking for some reliable information, but it's really hard to tell which are genuine user experiences and which might be ads or untrustworthy.

I'd like to ask you all, how do you usually judge if a review is trustworthy? Are there any obvious red flags I should watch out for? For example, overly perfect reviews, strange wording, or any other signs?

Also, if I really can't understand Korean, are there any tools or methods you'd recommend to help with comprehension? Or should I just find a Korean-speaking friend to help me translate for peace of mind? I'd really love to hear about everyone's experiences and advice! Thanks~
