How can foreigners like us read Korean clinic reviews safely?

Hello, my name is Aom. I'm thinking about trying something small when I go to Korea, but the problem is I can't read Korean at all 😅. When I search for clinic reviews, there aren't many from Thai people, and I can't understand the reviews from Korea. So, I'd like to ask: where do you all read reviews from, and which ones are trustworthy?

Also, I'm worried that some clinics might have fake reviews or scams. If you encounter any warning signs in reviews or when contacting a clinic that make you think "maybe I shouldn't trust this"? For example, what are some red flags to watch out for? I'd love to hear your opinions, as I'm traveling alone to a new country and need to be very careful.
