Hi everyone, I'm Kim from Vietnam. I'm planning to have a minor procedure here and then fly back home in 3-4 days. I'm a little worried about swelling after the procedure, and I'll have to fly then. Do any of you have experience with this?
I'd like to know what I should bring from Korea to use for home care. What products do you usually use to reduce swelling and aid recovery? I'm not sure what to bring specifically; does anyone have any recommendations? The main thing is I want to have suitable products on the plane and after returning home to ensure the best possible care.

I was thinking of doing something similar! I'm glad to see someone asked because I'm also worried about flights. I've heard that keeping things cool and prioritizing rest helps a lot. I wonder if anyone has any additional recommendations for products from Korea that would help with this? 😊
