Hello, it's Sakura. I'm planning to get a minor procedure in Korea soon, and I'll be returning to Japan right after. I've heard that swelling can be common, so I'm wondering what everyone does for care products to use on the plane and after returning home?

I'm particularly interested in items that can help reduce swelling, or things that are good to bring along after a procedure. Things like cooling sheets or moisturizing creams... I'd love to know if there are any convenient items. Also, since there are capacity restrictions for bringing things onto a plane, compact items are ideal.
