Hi everyone, I'm Min. I've been considering getting a cosmetic procedure done in Korea lately, but to be honest, I'm a little nervous and unsure how to plan the trip and budget. I've heard that Korean cosmetic surgery is very professional, but as this is my first time going abroad for something like this, I'm really at a loss.
My main concerns are a few things: First, the cost. Besides the procedure itself, there's the round-trip airfare, hotel, and meals, which I feel could add up to a significant expense. Second, the time commitment. I'm unsure how many days a complete process takes—should I arrive a few days early, and then have a few days for recovery before flying back? Has anyone experienced this?
Also, I'm wondering if I should hire a translator or if there's any way to improve communication. The language barrier might make initial consultations and follow-up appointments very difficult. Do you have any suggestions? I'd really like to hear your experiences to see how to plan this trip more effectively and reliably. Thank you!

I'm considering something similar, so I understand your concerns! I think the idea of arriving early to allow time for recovery is very reasonable, so perhaps you should consider adding a few days after the procedure.
Hi Min, I was thinking of doing the same thing! I'm worried about budget and transportation, and the language barrier and tracking after I get home are really confusing. Could you tell me some helpful information you've found?
