Hi everyone, I'm Lan. I'm considering getting a nose filler in Seoul, but I only have about a week off. I'd like to ask experienced ladies, how long is the recovery period for non-surgical nose fillers? Specifically, I'd like to know how long it takes before I can fly back home, and whether that will affect the results?
I've heard there might be some swelling and bruising, but I'm not sure how long I should avoid flying. Has anyone had this procedure done? Are there any special precautions I need during the recovery period? For example, will flying itself affect the filler?
If any of you have had similar experiences, thank you so much! I want to know as much as possible so I can plan my trip accordingly.

I just had a similar situation; I only had a week off and wanted to try fillers! 😅 I heard many people say you need to wait a few days before flying, but I'm not entirely sure about the details, so I hope someone with experience can share their insights.
I'm actually thinking about doing the same thing when I visit Seoul next month, so I feel you on the time crunch! From what I've read in other posts here, people seem to say swelling can vary a lot depending on your body, but most folks mention needing at least a few days before flying if possible—I'd definitely ask whoever you see about that specifically since they'd know best about the pressure changes and everything. Hoping someone replies with their actual timeline!
Hi Rani! I've been in a similar situation, and the most important thing is to communicate with your doctor about your travel timeline—they can give you more appropriate advice for your specific situation. From my friends' experiences, most people can fly within a few days, but everyone is different, so be sure to ask directly about when it's safe for you and what restrictions to avoid during recovery! 😊
Hi Lan, I used to worry about the same thing when traveling! In my experience, people usually wait about 3-5 days before flying to avoid cabin pressure issues, but it's best to consult your doctor because everyone recovers differently. Have a great trip! 😊
I'm also from out of town, so I completely understand your concerns! A friend told me that a week is indeed a bit rushed, because swelling and bruising can be quite noticeable in the first few days, and the air pressure changes during the flight can also have an impact. However, the specific situation varies from person to person. I suggest you consult a doctor for their advice, since everyone's recovery process is different.
