I'm thinking about getting cosmetic procedures, but I'm torn between getting them done domestically or taking the plunge and going to Korea... I've heard that Korea has a high level of technical skill and a wide variety of treatments, so I'm wondering if I'd have more options if I actually went there. However, it's overseas, and I do have concerns about the language barrier, and honestly, I worry about aftercare if something were to happen. Getting it done domestically would be more convenient and reassuring, but I feel like my options might be limited...?
