How to read reviews from foreigners when you don't understand much Korean?

Hi everyone! My name is Trinh, and I'm a Vietnamese woman who recently decided to try aesthetic treatment in Korea. However, my problem is that my Korean is very weak, making it difficult to read and understand reviews from Korean websites or forums. I don't want to be scammed or choose the wrong place.

Does anyone have any experience in identifying fake reviews or warning signs? For example, which websites should I look for reviews from, or what kind of wording in reviews should I be wary of? I also want to know what strange things I should pay attention to when contacting the clinic.
