Hi, this is Mei. I had a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea last month, and I'm posting this because I'd like some advice on aftercare products.
The sheet mask I received from the clinic there was really good, so I'd like to find something similar in Japan... What kind of aftercare products did you all bring back from Korea? Cooling sheet masks, silicone scar patches, soothing gels, etc... Honestly, I don't know which ones are truly effective.😅
What I'm particularly curious about is what I should mainly use during the first week or so after returning home. I know it probably depends on the type of procedure, but what are the items that people generally rely on...? I'd like to bring some back if I have time before returning home, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also just returned from Korea last month and understand how you feel! I found those cooling sheet masks from there really good, but when I got home, I mainly used gentle gels and sunscreen to keep my skin stable during the first week.
I completely understand how you feel! After returning to China, I was also struggling with what products to buy, because the clinic's recommendations seemed different from what I could buy in China 😅 I eventually asked a local doctor what they recommended to focus on using in the first week before bringing them back with peace of mind. You can also ask medical staff what kind of skincare products they recommend before returning to China, so you'll be more confident!
