Hi everyone, I'm Chiahui from Taiwan. I've been considering getting a beauty treatment in Korea lately, but honestly, I'm really hesitant. There are quite a few clinics in Taiwan that offer this service, and it doesn't require taking time off work, plus round-trip airfare and accommodation costs. However, I've heard that Korea has a lot of experience in this area, and their style is different.
I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this dilemma? How did you ultimately decide? Was it based on recommendations from friends or family, or did you genuinely feel it was worth the trip? My biggest concern is the follow-up process in Taiwan if there are any problems after the procedure in Korea.
It would be great if someone could share their thoughts, regardless of where they ultimately choose to have the procedure done. I need to hear their honest considerations, not just advertisements. Thank you!

I understand your concerns! I've been in the same situation. My concerns about post-sales care, transportation, and costs are exactly as described. I feel that choosing a location closer to home would make it much easier to monitor the situation.
I completely understand your concerns! I also struggled between these two options, and ultimately decided to have it done in my hometown, mainly because follow-up care would be more convenient should any problems arise. Also, the technical standards in both places are quite good. However, a friend of mine had it done in South Korea; she said she liked the meticulousness and consultation process there, but the travel and accommodation costs were a real concern. I think the most important thing is to find a doctor you trust, no matter where you are!
