Hi, my name is Mana. I'm planning to have a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea soon, but I have to travel by domestic flight afterward... I'd like some advice on swelling care.
I've heard that swelling is common right after the procedure, so are there any care methods I can use on the plane or train? I've heard that cooling is important, but are there any portable icing products I can bring? Also, I'm wondering if I should bring soothing products specifically for post-procedure use rather than regular lotions and serums...
If anyone has experience with this, could you please tell me what you usually pack and carry with you? I don't want to pack too much, so I'd appreciate it if you could tell me what's essential and what's "nice to have" 😭

Hi Mana! I was thinking the same thing, so I was really happy to read your post. I have a travel schedule after treatment too, so I'm curious about how to keep the swelling down while on a plane or train. 😅 Hopefully someone who has been through this can share some tips!
