Hello everyone! I have something on my mind. I'm considering getting a slimming procedure, and it is available domestically. However, I'm thinking of going to Korea for it because the quality and comfort there are different. But, please consider everything carefully, including travel, medication, and recovery time.
How did you all make this decision? Is getting treatment abroad truly worth it, or are there many good masters domestically? I'm also concerned about the recovery period and the aftercare... If I go to Korea for treatment, will I have to stay for a week? This sounds realistic.
If you have this experience, can you share your thoughts tomorrow? I'm contemplating how to make the decision. Thank you!

I totally understand your concerns! Personally, I find that having a loose plan really helps. I went for a consultation with the doctor first on my initial visit, without rushing into treatment right away. Then, I planned my return home based on the doctor's actual recommendations. And yes, our home country has many great doctors too. If you're deciding, you could compare both countries and choose the one that feels best and most comfortable for you.
I totally get this anxiety — I'm in the same boat honestly! The recovery timeline is my biggest concern too, like realistically fitting everything into a short trip and then flying back feels risky. I've been trying to chat with people who've actually done it to see if a week is doable or if that's just wishful thinking lol
I'm also struggling with this, I totally understand your worries! I think the hardest part is balancing the travel distance with the cost, recovery time, and whether it's truly worth it compared to finding a good doctor in your hometown.
I'm interested! Have you looked into aftercare information for when you get a service? Because I'm still not sure how long I'll need to rest before I can get back to my normal daily routine 😅
