Hi everyone, I'm Hua. I recently had a small injection treatment in Seoul and am currently in the recovery period. I'm going on a trip in about two weeks and would like to ask experienced ladies for advice on how to best care for my skin while traveling.
I'd mainly like to know about methods to reduce swelling—such as ice packs, massage techniques, or what skincare products are particularly suitable to pack in my luggage? Also, I'm a little worried that the flight and jet lag might affect the recovery process.
Additionally, I'd like to ask what precautions I should take on the plane and in the hotel? For example, what activities should I avoid, or what skincare routine should I maintain? I don't have much experience, so could anyone share their experiences? Thank you!

I'm also thinking about trying the same thing, so I was really happy to read your post! Hopefully, 2 weeks will be enough time to recover before the trip. It seems really important to stay hydrated and avoid alcohol during the recovery period, especially before boarding a plane.
