Hi everyone! So I'm at a bit of a crossroads and would love to hear how others thought through this. I've been considering a cosmetic procedure for a while now, and I keep going back and forth between doing it at home in the States versus making a trip to Korea.

On one hand, it would be so much easier to just schedule something locally — no travel, easier follow-ups, I know the healthcare system. But I've heard so much about how advanced Korean aesthetics are, and honestly part of me wonders if I'd get better results there? I'm also lowkey nervous about the whole travel + recovery situation though. Like, would I be comfortable flying back after? How long would I need to stay?

I guess I'm wondering — did anyone here face this same decision? What made you choose one over the other? Was it cost, results, convenience, or just vibes? I'm trying to be realistic about what matters most to me, but it's hard to know without hearing from people who've actually done it. Any thoughts would help me think this through!
