How to read and trust reviews when you don't know much Korean?

Hi everyone, I'm Thao from Vietnam. I'm looking for information about beauty clinics in Seoul, but the problem is I only know a little English and almost no Korean. I see a lot of reviews on foreign websites, but it's hard to tell which are genuine and which are likely fake.

Do you have any smart ways to check reviews? Where should I look, and what should I check to be more trustworthy? And what are some red flags I should watch out for when reading reviews? For example, reviews that are too good, overly long text, or anything strange?

I also want to know if there's a way to communicate with the clinics if I don't speak Korean? How many foreigners work here and how do they operate? Thank you so much!
